Operations Team
Our operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of Pick a Peer Tutoring.
From managing tutor onboarding and scheduling to optimizing internal processes, we work behind the scenes to create a smooth and efficient experience for both students and tutors.
By leveraging data and strategic planning, we continuously improve our systems, making high-quality academic support more accessible to the university community and beyond.
This team also works to support marketing functions and identify new markets for growth.

Social Media Coordinator
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to enhance our digital presence and marketing efforts. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing data for effective scheduling, and collaborating with a small administrative team and the company’s founder. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven,r and passionate about advancing our mission of connecting peers with peers for success both inside and outside of the CU Boulder community.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Canva to design high-quality social media content, including Instagram and LinkedIn posts.

Lead video content creation for Instagram Reels and TikTok, including idea generation, implementation, and editing.
-
Analyze social media performance metrics to develop an effective content schedule.
-
Lead digital and printed marketing efforts to expand brand awareness and engagement.
-
Edit a company website to expand functionality and features.
-
Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with employees and clients.
-
Coordinate communication with advisors, professors, and other members of the university community.

Stay aware of campus trends and events to find new marketing and social media opportunities.

Collaborate with a team of 3-4 administrative members to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Work closely with the company’s founder to implement new initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in social media management and content creation (preferably for educational or tutoring services).

Experience in video content creation, including idea development, filming, and editing for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Proficiency in Canva, Wix, and other graphic design tools.

Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and take initiative on projects.
Data & Logistics Analyst
We are seeking a Data and Logistics Analyst to support marketing efforts and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves analyzing data to optimize brand awareness, distributing promotional materials, and identifying new markets for expansion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about connecting peers for success both inside and outside of the CU Boulder community.
Key Responsibilities:

Aid the marketing team in increasing brand awareness through data-driven insights.

Distribute posters and business cards to promote company services.

Support day-to-day operations of the business and assist with other miscellaneous tasks.

Coordinate communication with advisors, professors, and other members of the university community.

Identify and evaluate new markets for company expansion based on data analysis.

Support the building and expansion of Pick a Peer Tutoring through projects such as onboarding tutors, expanding summer services, and developing peer coaching programs.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing and operational strategies.

Collaborate with a team of 3-4 administrative members to support company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
