Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance up to one hour prior to the appointment will receive a 50% refund only. Cancellations of less than three hours prior to the appointment or No-Shows will be charged the full amount. It is considered a No-Show 10 minutes after the start of the session.

If you show up late to an appointment, the appointment will end at the time scheduled and you will still be charged for the full session.

If an appointment is requested with a service that is less than 24 hours in advance, expect an increased rate. The increased rate will be communicated prior to confirmation.
